Every Dear Medleysong is custom-made for you the moment you order, so as a rule all sales are final. But we want you to love your gift — here’s how we handle the exceptions.

If something goes wrong on our end

If your song fails to generate or doesn’t deliver because of a technical problem, we’ll re-run it at no charge, or give you a full refund. Just reach out.

If the song isn’t quite right

Because songs are generated by AI from your story, the exact sound and words are a surprise and will vary. If yours misses the mark, contact us and we’ll work with you on a re-run. We can’t guarantee personal taste, so refunds beyond a failed order are handled case by case, at our discretion.
