The plain-language version: we collect only what we need to make and deliver your song, and we don’t sell your data.

What we collect

• The details you enter to create a song — who it’s for, your story, the style, and any photos, voice, or video you upload.
• Your email address, so we can send your order and let you know when your song is ready.
• A small anonymous ID stored on your device so your songs stay linked to you. If you create an account, your email is linked too.
• Basic, non-identifying usage data to keep the site working.

How we use it

Only to create your song, deliver and let you share your gift, send order and song-ready emails, provide support, and improve the product. That’s it.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run Dear Medley, and only so they can do their job for us:

• Third-party AI providers that generate your song and artwork.
• Our payment processor, to take payment securely — we never see or store your full card details.
• Hosting, storage, and email-delivery providers.

If you receive a gift

If someone sends you a Dear Medleysong and you choose to record or upload a reaction, we store it so the person who gave you the gift can see the moment it landed. It’s always optional.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your data or songs at any time — just email support@dearmedley.com. Dear Medley isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
